Humanizing Business Network – Brand Identity & Design
The Brief.
HBN is a membership community for senior leaders and changemakers building more human-centered workplaces. They needed a brand identity that could hold its own in executive circles — credible and polished — without losing the warmth and approachability that sits at the heart of what they do.

The Approach.
The central idea came from a simple observation: the most human tools are the ones already on your desk. The visual language is built around office supplies — highlighter strokes, pen-drawn details, sticky note textures — reframed as design elements. A "highlighter ribbon" system became the signature motif, used consistently across all touchpoints to signal clarity and action. Bold geometric forms provide the professional backbone; the hand-drawn imperfections bring the human touch. The identity was developed through multiple feedback sessions with the advisory board and extended across logo, typography, color system, motion graphics, social assets, presentation templates, and website.



The Outcome.
A full brand identity system ready to scale — from social media to live events to online courses. Since launch, the brand's LinkedIn presence has reached 4,400+ impressions, 94 reactions and 14 reposts, with a growing community of 260 followers — solid early traction for a new network in a competitive space.
